अभिष्टने ते अद्रिवो यत्स्था जगच्च रेजते । त्वष्टा चित्तव मन्यव इन्द्र वेविज्यते भियार्चन्ननु स्वराज्यम् ॥
abhiṣṭane te adrivo yat sthā jagac ca rejate | tvaṣṭā cit tava manyave indra vevijyate bhiyārcann anu sva-rājyam ||
ഹേ അദ്രിവോ ഇന്ദ്രാ! നീ നിന്റെ അധിഷ്ഠാനത്തിൽ നിലകൊള്ളുമ്പോൾ, സകല ചലജഗത്തും വിറയ്ക്കുന്നു. രൂപകാരനായ ത്വഷ്ടൃ പോലും നിന്റെ മന്യു (ജ്വലിക്കുന്ന ദൃഢസങ്കൽപം) മുന്നിൽ ഭയത്തോടെ കുലുങ്ങുന്നു; ഗായകർ നിന്റെ സ്വരാജ്യത്തെ അനുഗമിച്ച് ഭക്തിഭയത്തോടെ സ്തുതി പാടുന്നു.
