प्र शंसा गोष्वघ्न्यं क्रीळं यच्छर्धो मारुतम् । जम्भे रसस्य वावृधे ॥
Transliteration
prá śaṃsā góṣv aghnyáṃ krīḷáṃ yác chárdho mārútam | jámbhe rásasya vāvṛdhe ||
Translation
ഗോവുകളിൽ അഘ്ന്യ (അഹിംസ്യ)മായ, കളിമയവും ഉപകാരിയും ആയ മാരുത-ശർധയെ സ്തുതിച്ച് പ്രസ്താവിക്കൂ; രസത്തിന്റെ ജംഭത്തിൽ തന്നെയാണ് അത് വളരുന്നത്—ആനന്ദത്തിന്റെയും ബലത്തിന്റെയും സാരം കുടിച്ചുകൊണ്ട്.
