उत स्म ते वनस्पते वातो वि वात्यग्रमित् । अथो इन्द्राय पातवे सुनु सोममुलूखल ॥
Transliteration
utá smā te vanaspate vā́to ví vāti ágram ít | átho índrāya pātáve sunú sómam ulū́khala ||
Translation
അതെ, ഓ വനസ്പതിപതേ, നിന്റെ അഗ്രത്തിൻമേൽ തന്നെ വാതം വീശുന്നു; പിന്നെ, ഓ ഉലൂഖലേ, ഇന്ദ്രൻ പാനം ചെയ്യുവാൻ സോമം ‘സുനു’ (ഇടിച്ചു/ഒതുക്കി) പുറപ്പെടുവിക്ക—പ്രാണവായു യാഗത്തെ സഹായിക്കയും ബലം പ്രവേശിക്കയും ചെയ്യട്ടെ.
