यच्चिद्धि त्वं गृहेगृह उलूखलक युज्यसे । इह द्युमत्तमं वद जयतामिव दुन्दुभिः ॥
Transliteration
yác ciddhí tváṃ gṛhé-gṛha ulū́khalaka yujyáse | ihá dyumáttamaṃ vada jayatā́m iva dundubhíḥ ||
Translation
ഓ ചെറു ഉലൂഖലേ, നീ വീടുവീടായി ഉപയോഗിക്കപ്പെടുന്നുവെങ്കിലും, ഇവിടെ ഏറ്റവും ദ്യുമത്തമമായ സ്വരം മുഴക്കുക—ജയിക്കുന്നവരുടെ ദുന്ദുഭി (മൃദംഗം/ഡോൽ) പോലെ—അന്തരജയം ഉറപ്പാകട്ടെ.
