Transliteration
idám ā́paḥ prá vahata yát kíṃ ca duritáṃ máyi | yád vā́ham abhi-dudróha yád vā śépe utā́nṛtam ||
Translation
ഹേ ആപഃ, എനിക്കുള്ളിൽ കുടിഞ്ഞിരിക്കുന്ന ഏതു ദുരിതം—കഷ്ടവും ദോഷവും—ഉണ്ടോ അതെല്ലാം മുന്നോട്ടൊഴുക്കി അകറ്റിക്കൊണ്ടുപോകുവിൻ; ഞാൻ കലഹിച്ച് വിരോധം ചെയ്തിട്ടുണ്ടായാലും, അല്ലെങ്കിൽ ആവേശവാക്കാൽ അനൃതം—അസത്യം—ഉച്ചരിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ടായാലും.
