न यं रिपवो न रिषण्यवो गर्भे सन्तं रेषणा रेषयन्ति । अन्धा अपश्या न दभन्नभिख्या नित्यास ईं प्रेतारो अरक्षन् ॥
ná yaṃ ripávo ná riṣaṇyávo gárbhe sántam reṣaṇā́ reṣáyanti | andhā́ apaśyā́ ná dabhan abhikhyā́ nítyāsa īṃ pretā́ro arakṣan ||
അവൻ ഗർഭത്തിൽ ഇരിക്കുമ്പോൾ ശത്രുക്കളും ആക്രമകരും അവനെ മുറിവേൽപ്പിക്കുകയില്ല; ഹാനികരന്മാർക്കും അവനെ ഹാനിപ്പിക്കാനാവില്ല. അന്ധരും അപശ്യരുമായ അവർ, അവരുടെ ചാരനോട്ടംകൊണ്ട് ജയിക്കുകയില്ല; നിത്യരക്ഷകർ അവനെ അവന്റെ മുന്നേറ്റഗതിയിൽ സംരക്ഷിച്ചു.
