सं यन्मिथः पस्पृधानासो अग्मत शुभे मखा अमिता जायवो रणे । युवोरह प्रवणे चेकिते रथो यदश्विना वहथः सूरिमा वरम् ॥

sáṃ yán mitháḥ paspṛdhānā́so ágmat śubhé makhā́ ámitā jā́yavo ráṇe | yuvór áha praváṇe cékitē rátho yád aśvinā́ váhathaḥ sūrím ā́ váram ||

പരസ്പരം മത്സരിച്ചു പോരുന്നവർ ശുഭ മഖാ—സുന്ദരമായ മത്സരത്തിൽ—ഒന്നിച്ചു ചേരുമ്പോൾ, അമിത ശക്തികൾ യുദ്ധത്തിൽ ജയത്തെ തേടുമ്പോൾ; അപ്പോൾ ഹേ അശ്വിന്മാരേ, ചരിവിൽ നിങ്ങളുടെ രഥം വ്യക്തമായി പ്രത്യക്ഷമാകുന്നു, നിങ്ങൾ വീരനെ വര—തിരഞ്ഞെടുത്ത വരദാനം—വരെ വഹിക്കുമ്പോൾ.
