त्वं जिगेथ न धना रुरोधिथार्भेष्वाजा मघवन्महत्सु च । त्वामुग्रमवसे सं शिशीमस्यथा न इन्द्र हवनेषु चोदय ॥
tváṃ jigétha ná dhánā rurodhithā́rbheṣv ā́jā maghavan mahátsu ca | tvām ugrám ávase sáṃ śiśīmasy áthā na indra hávaneṣu codaya ||
നീ ജയിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു; ഞങ്ങളുടെ ധനസമൃദ്ധിയെ നീ തടയുന്നില്ല—ചെറിയ പോരാട്ടങ്ങളിലും മഹാപോരാട്ടങ്ങളിലും, ഹേ മഘവൻ. കാവലിനായി ഞങ്ങൾ നിന്നെ—ഉഗ്രശക്തിയെ—മൂർച്ഛിപ്പിച്ച് സജ്ജമാക്കുന്നു; അതിനാൽ, ഹേ ഇന്ദ്ര, ഞങ്ങളുടെ ഹവനങ്ങളിൽ ഞങ്ങളെ മുന്നോട്ട് പ്രേരിപ്പിക്കണമേ.
