स नः पितेव सूनवेऽग्ने सूपायनो भव । सचस्वा नः स्वस्तये ॥
Transliteration
sá naḥ pitā́ iva sūnáve ’gne su-upāyanó bhava | sácasvā naḥ svastáye ||
Translation
ഹേ അഗ്നേ, ഞങ്ങൾക്ക് പുത്രനോടുള്ള പിതാവുപോലെ—സുലഭമായി സമീപിക്കാവുന്നവനും നയിക്കാൻ സന്നദ്ധനുമായവനായി—ഭവിക്ക; ഞങ്ങളുടെ സ്വസ്തിക്കായി ഞങ്ങളോടൊപ്പം ചേർന്നു നിൽക്കുക, ഋതത്തിന്റെ യഥാക്രമത്തിൽ ആത്മാവിന്റെ സുരക്ഷിത വളർച്ചയ്ക്കായി.
