यः कृ॒णोति॑ प्र॒मोत॑म॒न्धं कृ॒णोति॒ पूरु॑षम्। सर्वं॑ शीर्ष॒ण्यंऽ ते॒ रोगं॑ ब॒हिर्निर्म॑न्त्रयामहे

IAST Transliteration

yáḥ kṛṇóti prámotam ándhaṁ kṛṇóti pū́ruṣam | sárvaṁ śīrṣáṇyaṁ te rógaṁ bahír nírmantrayāmahe

English Translation (Griffith/Whitney)

What maketh a man prostrate, what maketh him blind—all thy cranial disease forth, outward, do we conjure away.

Translation

യാതൊന്നാണ് മനുഷ്യനെ നിലംപതിപ്പിക്കുന്നതു (പ്രമോത), യാതൊന്നാണ് അവനെ അന്ധനാക്കുന്നതു—ഹേ (രോഗമേ), നിന്റെ ശിരസ്സിലെ/കപാലസ്ഥമായ എല്ലാ രോഗവും ഞങ്ങൾ മന്ത്രബലത്തോടെ പുറത്തേക്ക്, അകറ്റി നീക്കുന്നു.
