गोभ्यो॒ अश्वे॑भ्यो॒ नमो॒ यच्छाला॑यां वि॒जाय॑ते । विजा॑वति॒ प्रजा॑वति॒ वि ते॒ पाशां॑श्चृतामसि

IAST Transliteration

góbhyo áśvebhyo námo yác chālā́yāṃ vijā́yate | vijā́vati prajā́vati ví te pā́śāṃś cṛtāmasi ||

English Translation (Griffith/Whitney)

Homage to the kine, homage to the steeds—since in the House there is brought forth (increase). Offspring-rich, progeny-rich, thou cuttest away thy nooses.

Translation

ഗോവുകൾക്കു നമസ്കാരം, അശ്വങ്ങൾക്കു നമസ്കാരം—ശാലയിൽ (ഗൃഹത്തിൽ) വർധന/ഉത്പത്തി ഉണ്ടാകുന്നതിനാൽ. വിജാവതി, പ്രജാവതി—നീ നിന്റെ പാശങ്ങൾ (ബന്ധനങ്ങൾ) മുറിച്ചുകളയുന്നു.
