यां ते॑ च॒क्रुरेक॑शफे पशू॒नामु॑भ॒याद॑ति । ग॒र्द॒भे कृ॒त्यां यां च॒क्रुः पुनः॒ प्रति॑ हरामि॒ ताम्

IAST Transliteration

yā́m te cakrúrékaśaphe paśūnā́m ubhayā́dati | gardabhé kṛtyā́m yā́m cakrúḥ púnaḥ práti harāmi tā́m ||

English Translation (Griffith/Whitney)

What witchcraft they have wrought against thee in the one-hoofed beast of the herds, the baleful ‘both-devourer’; what kṛtyā they have made in the ass—that same I bear back again in return.

Translation

കൂട്ടത്തിലെ ഏകഖുരമുള്ള മൃഗത്തിൽ—‘ഉഭയാദതി’ എന്ന ദോഷകരത്തിൽ—നിനക്കെതിരായി അവർ ചെയ്ത മന്ത്രകൃത്യം ആയാലും; കഴുതയിൽ അവർ ചെയ്ത കൃത്യാ (കൃത്യാ) ഏതായാലും—അതേ ഞാൻ വീണ്ടും പ്രതിയായി തിരികെ കൊണ്ടുപോകുന്നു.
