तृ॒ष्णा॒मा॒रं क्षु॑धामा॒रमथो॑ अक्षपराज॒यम्। अपा॑मार्ग॒ त्वया॑ व॒यं सर्वं॒ तदप॒ मृज्महे

tṛ́ṣṇāmā́raṁ kṣudhāmā́ram átho ákṣaparājáyam | apā́mārga tváyā vayáṁ sárvaṁ tád ápa mṛjmahe ||

English Translation (Griffith/Whitney)

Thirst-slaying and hunger-slaying, and also defeat at the dice—with thee, O Apāmārga, all that we wipe away.

Translation

തൃഷ്ണാ-നാശകവും ക്ഷുധാ-നാശകവും, കൂടാതെ അക്ഷങ്ങളിൽ (ചൂതിൽ) പരാജയവും—ഹേ അപാമാർഗ, നിന്നാൽ ഞങ്ങൾ അതെല്ലാം തുടച്ച് അകറ്റുന്നു.
