Sukta 11
श॒तं जी॑व श॒रदो॒ वर्ध॑मानः श॒तं हे॑म॒न्तान् छ॒तमु॑ वस॒न्तान्। श॒तं त॒ इन्द्रो॑ अ॒ग्निः स॑वि॒ता बृह॒स्पतिः॑ श॒तायु॑षा ह॒विषाहा॑र्षमेनम्
śatáṃ jī́va śarádo várdhamānaḥ śatáṃ hémantān chatám u vasantā́n | śatáṃ te índró agníḥ savitā́ bṛ́haspátiḥ śatā́yuṣā havíṣā́háṛṣam enam ||
Live thou a hundred years, waxing through a hundred autumns; a hundred winters, yea a hundred springs. For thee may Indra, Agni, Savitar, and Bṛhaspati—by oblation and by a life of hundred years—have made this man to prosper.
നൂറു വർഷം ജീവിക്ക; നൂറു ശരദ്കാലങ്ങളിലൂടെ വളരുക; നൂറു ഹേമന്തങ്ങൾ, അതെ, നൂറു വസന്തങ്ങൾ. നിനക്കായി ഇന്ദ്രൻ, അഗ്നി, സവിതാവ്, ബൃഹസ്പതി—ഹവിഷ് (ആഹുതി) കൊണ്ടും നൂറുവർഷ ആയുസ്സുകൊണ്ടും—ഈ പുരുഷനെ സമൃദ്ധിയിലേക്കുയർത്തട്ടെ.
