Sukta 128
अप्र॑पा॒णा च॑ वेश॒न्ता रे॒वां अप्रति॑दिश्ययः । अय॑भ्या क॒न्या कल्या॒णी तो॒ता कल्पे॑षु सं॒मिता॑
áprapāṇā ca veśántā revā́m ápratidīśyayaḥ | áyabhyā kanyā kalyāṇī totā kálpeṣu saṃmítā ||
Not wasteful, and entering the household, rich, not to be reproached; a maiden inviolable, auspicious—Tota, in the ritual ordinances, is duly measured and set.
അപ്രപാണാ—അർത്ഥം അവ്യയ/അവിനാശി—കൂടാതെ ഗൃഹത്തിലേക്ക് പ്രവേശിക്കുന്നവൾ, സമ്പന്ന, കുറ്റപ്പെടുത്തപ്പെടാത്തവൾ; അയഭ്യാ—അലംഘ്യ/അഭേദ്യ—കന്യ, കല്യാണി; ടോട്ടാ—കല്പങ്ങളിൽ (വിധി-വിധാനങ്ങളിൽ) യഥാവിധി അളക്കപ്പെട്ടും സ്ഥാപിതവുമാണ്.
