jūrṇíḥ púnar vo yantu yā́tavaḥ púnar hetíḥ kímīdinīḥ | yásya sthá tám atta yó vaḥ práhāit tám atta svā́ mā́ṃsāny atta
Let wasting Destruction come again upon you, O sorcerers; let the missile come again—ye Kīmīdinī devourers. Whose ye are, him devour; he who hath sent you forth, him devour; your own flesh-meats—devour ye.
Rishi: Atharvanic/Angiras-type attribution typical for abhicāra counter-charms (specific r̥ṣi assignment for AVŚ 2.24 requires padapāṭha-anukramaṇī confirmation).
Devata: Pratyāvartana of yātu; personified ‘Jūrṇi’ (wasting) and the Kīmīdinīs as coerced agents; effectively the mantra’s ‘deity’ is the returning/destructive force itself.
Chandas: Anuṣṭubh-like cadence (requires metrical verification against the pada text; Atharvanic anuṣṭubh is often irregular).
Primary: raudra
Secondary: bhayankara
