शापमोचनम्। अ॒घद्वि॑ष्टा दे॒वजा॑ता वी॒रुच्छ॑पथ॒योप॑नी । आपो॒ मल॑मिव॒ प्राणै॑क्षी॒त् सर्वा॒न् मच्छ॒पथाँ॒ अधि॑
aghádviṣṭā́ devájātā vīrú́cchapatháyópanī | ā́po málam iva práṇai̯kṣīt sárvān mácchapathā́n ádhi ||
God-born Waters, hating sin, who bring the creeping oath-curses to their undoing—like filth, wash ye away, from off me, all the curses that have been laid upon me.
ശാപമോചനം. പാപത്തെ ദ്വേഷിക്കുന്ന, ദേവജനിതമായ ആപഃ—ഇഴഞ്ഞുവരുന്ന ശപഥ-ശാപങ്ങളെ നശിപ്പിക്കുന്നവരേ—മലിനതയെ കഴുകി നീക്കുന്നതുപോലെ, പ്രാണശക്തിയാൽ എന്റെ മേൽ ഏർപ്പെടുത്തിയിരിക്കുന്ന എല്ലാ ശാപങ്ങളും കഴുകി നീക്കുവിൻ.
