इन्द्र इत्सोमपा एक इन्द्रः सुतपा विश्वायुः । अन्तर्देवान्मर्त्याँश्च ॥
índra it sómapā éka índraḥ sutapā viśvā́yuḥ | antár devā́n martyā́ṃś ca ||
Indra indeed is the one true Soma-drinker; Indra is the drinker of the well-pressed, the all-life within: he stands inwardly between the gods and mortal movements, mediating the passage from human striving to divine power.
