पिबा सोमं महत इन्द्रियाय पिबा वृत्राय हन्तवे शविष्ठ । पिब राये शवसे हूयमानः पिब मध्वस्तृपदिन्द्रा वृषस्व ॥

píbā sómaṃ mahatá índriyāya píbā vṛtrā́ya hántave śaviṣṭha | píba rāyé śávase hū́yamānaḥ píba mádhvas tṛ́pad índrā́ vṛṣasva ||

Drink the Soma for the great power of the Indra-force; drink for the slaying of Vṛtra, O most vehement. Drink for the plenitude (rāyī) and for the strength when you are called; drink of the honey—be satisfied, O Indra, and grow in your victorious might within us.
