पर्जन्यवृद्धं महिषं तं सूर्यस्य दुहिताभरत् । तं गन्धर्वाः प्रत्यगृभ्णन्तं सोमे रसमादधुरिन्द्रायेन्दो परि स्रव ॥

Transliteration

parjányavṛddhaṃ mahiṣáṃ táṃ sū́ryasya duhitā́bharat | táṃ gandharvā́ḥ práty agṛbhṇan táṃ sóme rásam ā́dadhuḥ indrāyéndo pári srava ||

Translation

Nourri par Parjanya, le grand Taureau — la Fille du Soleil l’apporta. Les Gandharvas l’accueillirent en retour ; dans le Soma ils déposèrent le rasa, la sève de délice. Ô Indu, coule tout autour et au-dehors pour Indra.
