Transliteration

asā́vi deváṃ goṛ́jīkam ándho nyàsmin índro jánuṣem uvoca | bodhā́masi tvā haryáśva yajñáir bódhā naḥ stómaṃ ándhaso mádeṣu ||

Translation

Ausgesprochen ist das göttliche Pressen — Soma, der das Licht gewinnt; in ihm hat Indra, aus seinem eigenen Geborenwerden, gesprochen. Wir wecken dich, o fahlrossiger, durch unsere Opfer; erwache uns zum Hymnus in den Rauschen des Soma.
