Sukta 7.21
असावि देवं गोऋजीकमन्धो न्यस्मिन्निन्द्रो जनुषेमुवोच । बोधामसि त्वा हर्यश्व यज्ञैर्बोधा नः स्तोममन्धसो मदेषु ॥
asā́vi deváṃ goṛ́jīkam ándho nyàsmin índro jánuṣem uvoca | bodhā́masi tvā haryáśva yajñáir bódhā naḥ stómaṃ ándhaso mádeṣu ||
দেবপ্রেরিত সোমরস—যে আলোকজয়ী—নিষ্পেষিত হয়েছে; এই সোমেই ইন্দ্র জন্মসূত্রে বাক্য উচ্চারণ করেছেন। হে হর্যশ্ব (পীত-অশ্ববাহন) ইন্দ্র, যজ্ঞের দ্বারা আমরা তোমাকে জাগাই; সোমের মদে আমাদের জন্য স্তোত্রকেও জাগ্রত করো।
