ता वर्तिर्यातं जयुषा वि पर्वतमपिन्वतं शयवे धेनुमश्विना । वृकस्य चिद्वर्तिकामन्तरास्याद्युवं शचीभिर्ग्रसिताममुञ्चतम् ॥

Transliteration

tā́ vartír yātaṃ jayúṣā ví párvatam ápinvataṃ śayáve dhénum aśvinā | vṛ́kasya cid vartikā́m ántarā́syād yuváṃ śácībhiḥ grasitā́m amuñcatam ||

Translation

Auf jenem Siegespfad kamt ihr und spaltetet den Berg; für Śayu ließet ihr die Kuh des Überflusses anschwellen, o Aśvins. Selbst aus dem Rachen des Wolfes habt ihr, durch eure wirkmächtigen Kräfte, die verschlungene Wachtel befreit.
