prasūyamānā dānena kiṃ puṇyaṃ syāc ca mādhava || etad icchāmy ahaṃ śrotuṃ vistareṇa jagadguro

عندما تُمنَح صدقةً (دانا)، أيُّ ثوابٍ ينشأ من ذلك، يا ماذافا؟ هذا ما أودّ سماعه بالتفصيل، يا معلّم العالم.
