तं सखायः पुरोरुचं यूयं वयं च सूरयः । अश्याम वाजगन्ध्यं सनेम वाजपस्त्यम् ॥
Transliteration
táṃ sakhāyaḥ purorúcaṃ yūyáṃ vayáṃ ca sūríyaḥ | aśyā́ma vā́jagandhyaṃ sané́ma vā́japastyam ||
Translation
ذاك المتقدّم المتلألئ، يا أصدقاء—أنتم ونحن، أهل النور (السُّورَة): لعلّنا نبلغه؛ ولعلّنا نظفر بعِطرِ وفرةِ القوّة (vāja)، ولعلّنا نغلبُ دارَ تلك الوفرة وأساسَها.
