Sukta 9.88
एते सोमा अति वाराण्यव्या दिव्या न कोशासो अभ्रवर्षाः । वृथा समुद्रं सिन्धवो न नीचीः सुतासो अभि कलशाँ असृग्रन् ॥
eté sómā áti vārā́ṇy avyā́ divyā́ na kośā́so abhrá-varṣāḥ | vṛ́thā samudráṃ síndhavo na nīcī́ḥ sutā́so abhí kalaśā́ṃ asṛgran ||
هذه تيّاراتُ السُّوما تتجاوزُ المَصافِيَ الصوفيّة، كأوعيةٍ سماويّةٍ تَصُبُّ من السحاب. وبقوّةٍ، كالأَنهارِ الهابطةِ إلى المحيط، اندفعتِ السُّوما المعصورةُ إلى الجرار—إلى وعاءِ الوعي الحافظ.
