अत्यूर्मिर्मत्सरो मदः सोमः पवित्रे अर्षति । विघ्नन्रक्षांसि देवयुः ॥
Transliteration
atyū́rmir matsaró mádaḥ sómaḥ pavítre arṣati | vi-ghnán rakṣā́ṃsi deva-yúḥ ||
Translation
السُّوما—موجةٌ فائضةٌ من النشوةِ والبهجة—يجري عبر المُنقّي (pavitra)، فيُحطِّم قوى الظلامِ المعادية؛ لأنه يتوقُ إلى الآلهة، إلى الحياةِ الإلهية.
