तावदुषो राधो अस्मभ्यं रास्व यावत्स्तोतृभ्यो अरदो गृणाना । यां त्वा जज्ञुर्वृषभस्या रवेण वि दृळ्हस्य दुरो अद्रेरौर्णोः ॥

Transliteration

tā́vad uṣo rā́dho asmábhyaṃ rāsva yā́vat stotṛ́bhyo árado gṛṇānā́ | yā́ṃ tvā jajñúr vṛṣabhásya ráveṇa ví dṛḷhásya dúro ádrer aurṇoḥ ||

Translation

يا أُوشَس (الفجر)، امنحينا مقدارَ ذلك الفيض كما تمنحينه للـرِّشيّين المُنشدين الذين يسبّحونك ويُثبِتونك؛ أنتِ التي عرفوكِ بصيحةِ الثور (إندرا)، حين فتحتِ على اتّساعها أبوابَ الصخر الراسخة—فأطلقتِ النورَ المكنون ليظهر للعيان.
