Sukta 7.70
सिषक्ति सा वां सुमतिश्चनिष्ठातापि घर्मो मनुषो दुरोणे । यो वां समुद्रान्त्सरितः पिपर्त्येतग्वा चिन्न सुयुजा युजानः ॥
síṣakti sā́ vāṃ sumatíś caniṣṭhā́tāpi gharmó mánuṣo duroṇé | yó vāṃ samudrā́nt sarítaḥ pípārty etágvā cit na suyújā yujānáḥ ||
إنَّ أبهى سُمَتِكما وأقومَها تلتصقُ بنا؛ وتُوقَدُ الحَرارةُ الباطنةُ (غَرما) في دارِ الإنسان. والذي يملأُ لكما المحيطاتِ والأنهارَ—هو الذي يقرنُ حتى السِّراعَ في اقترانٍ تامّ، فلا يَدَعُ شيئًا غيرَ مُحكَمِ التَّسخير.
