Sukta 7.103
गोमायुरदादजमायुरदात्पृश्निरदाद्धरितो नो वसूनि । गवां मण्डूका ददतः शतानि सहस्रसावे प्र तिरन्त आयुः ॥
gomā́yur adād ajamā́yur adāt pṛ́śnir adād dhárito no vásūni | gavā́ṃ maṇḍūkā́ dádatoḥ śatā́ni sahasrasā́ve prá tirante ā́yuḥ ||
الذي صوته كصوت البقرة قد أعطى، والذي صوته كصوت الماعز قد أعطى، والمرقَّط قد أعطى، والأشقرُ المائلُ إلى الصفرة قد أعطانا الخيرات. والضفادعُ، وهي تمنح مئاتٍ، في العصرِ الألفيّ تمضي بقوةِ حياتِنا (آيُس āyus) قُدُمًا—مُطيلةً مدى الكينونة.
