Sukta 6.70
घृतवती भुवनानामभिश्रियोर्वी पृथ्वी मधुदुघे सुपेशसा । द्यावापृथिवी वरुणस्य धर्मणा विष्कभिते अजरे भूरिरेतसा ॥
ghṛtávatī bhúvanānām abhiśríyorvī́ pr̥thvī́ madhudúghe supéśasā | dyā́vāpṛthivī́ váruṇasya dhármaṇā víṣkabhite ajáre bhū́ri-retasā ||
ممتلئتان بالنور المصفّى (غِرْتَه ghṛta)، حاملتان بهاء العوالم: الأرضُ الواسعةُ والزوجُ الحَسَنُ المُدرُّ للعسل—السماءُ والأرض—قائمتان مُسنَدتان بشريعةِ ڤَرُونَة (Varuṇa). لا يعتريهما هَرَمٌ؛ مُباعدتان مُثبّتتان، غنيّتان ببذرةِ القوّة الخلّاقة.
