ये अग्नयो न शोशुचन्निधाना द्विर्यत्त्रिर्मरुतो वावृधन्त । अरेणवो हिरण्ययास एषां साकं नृम्णैः पौंस्येभिश्च भूवन् ॥
Transliteration
yé agnáyo ná śośucann idhānā́ dvír yát trír marúto vāvṛdhánta | aréṇavo hiraṇyā́yāsa eṣāṃ sā́kaṃ nṛmnā́iḥ paúṃsyebhiś ca bhūvan ||
Translation
إنهم—الماروت—يتَّقدون كالنيران إذا أُضرِمت؛ ينمون مرّتَين، وينمون ثلاثًا. هم بلا دنس، ذوو لمعانٍ ذهبيّ؛ ومع المآثر الرجولية والقوى الفحولية يجيئون إلى الوجود ويثبتون.
