आ ते अग्न इधीमहि द्युमन्तं देवाजरम् । यद्ध स्या ते पनीयसी समिद्दीदयति द्यवीषं स्तोतृभ्य आ भर ॥
Transliteration
ā́ te agna idhīmahi dyumántaṃ deva ajáram | yád dha syā́ te panī́yasī samídd dī́dayati dyávi íṣaṃ stotṛ́bhya ā́ bhara ||
Translation
إليكَ، يا أَغْنِي، نُوقِدُ المتألِّقَ—الإلهيَّ، الذي لا يَشِيخُ؛ فحين تُشعَلُ سَمِدْهَا (وقودُكَ) الأشدُّ مَطْلَبًا، يَتَلألأُ نورُها في السماء. فاحمِلْ إذنْ إلى المُنْشِدينَ دَفْعَةَ النماءِ (إِشْ).
