Sukta 5.29
उशना यत्सहस्यैरयातं गृहमिन्द्र जूजुवानेभिरश्वैः । वन्वानो अत्र सरथं ययाथ कुत्सेन देवैरवनोर्ह शुष्णम् ॥
uśanā yat sahasyair ayātaṃ gṛham indra jūjuvānebhiḥ aśvaiḥ | vanvāno atra sarathaṃ yayātha kutsena devair avanoḥ ha śuṣṇam ||
حين أتيتَ، يا إندرا، إلى الدارِ برفاقٍ أشدّاء وخيلٍ متوثّبةٍ للسفر، عندئذٍ—وأنتَ مجاهدٌ—سرتَ هنا بعربتك. ومع كوتسا والآلهةِ أعنتَ حقًّا على قهرِ شوشْنا (Śuṣṇa)، قوّةِ الذبولِ التي تُجفّفُ مياهَ النفس.
