Sukta 2.23
त्वं नो गोपाः पथिकृद्विचक्षणस्तव व्रताय मतिभिर्जरामहे । बृहस्पते यो नो अभि ह्वरो दधे स्वा तं मर्मर्तु दुच्छुना हरस्वती ॥
tváṃ no gopā́ḥ pathi-kṛ́d vi-cakṣaṇas táva vratā́ya matí-bhir jarāmahe | bṛ́haspate yó no abhí hvøró dadhé svā́ táṃ marmartu ducchúnā hárasvatī ||
أنتَ حارسُنا، صانعُ السبيل، البصيرُ النافذ؛ وبأفكارنا نلتمس أن ننمو في ناموسِ عملك (vrata). يا بṛhaspati، مَن يضع علينا أذًى مُعوجًّا—فلتسحقه قوّتُك أنتَ بسوءٍ مُهلك، يا Harasvatī.
