सोदञ्चं सिन्धुमरिणान्महित्वा वज्रेणान उषसः सं पिपेष । अजवसो जविनीभिर्विवृश्चन्त्सोमस्य ता मद इन्द्रश्चकार ॥
Transliteration
sodañcaṁ sindhum ariṇān mahitvā vajreṇāna uṣasaḥ saṁ pipeṣa | ajavaso javinībhir vivṛścant somasya tā made indraś cakāra ||
Translation
وبعظمتِه قلبَ «سِنْدْهُو» إلى العلوّ؛ وبـ«فَجْرَه» (الصاعقة/الفَجْرَة) سحقَ عرباتِ الفجرِ «أوشَس». قاطعًا غيرَ السريعينَ بالسريعين—ذلك كلُّه أنجزه إندرا في «مَد» سوما.
