मधुमान्नो वनस्पतिर्मधुमाँ अस्तु सूर्यः । माध्वीर्गावो भवन्तु नः ॥
Transliteration
mádhu-mān no vanaspátir mádhu-māṃ astu sū́ryaḥ | mā́dhvīr gā́vo bhavantu naḥ ||
Translation
لْيَكُنْ لَنَا فَنَسْپَتِي (Vanaspati)، سَيِّدُ نَمَاءِ الغَابَةِ، عَسَلِيًّا؛ وَلْيَكُنْ سُورْيَا (Sūrya) عَسَلِيًّا. وَلْتَصِرِ الأَبْقَارُ—أَشِعَّةُ الإِشْرَاقِ—عَسَلِيَّةً لَنَا.
