न वेपसा न तन्यतेन्द्रं वृत्रो वि बीभयत् । अभ्येनं वज्र आयसः सहस्रभृष्टिरायतार्चन्ननु स्वराज्यम् ॥
Transliteration
ná vépasā ná tanyaté́ndraṃ vṛtró ví bībhayat | abhy ènaṃ vájra āyásaḥ sahásra-bhṛṣṭir āyā́t ’rcann ánu sva-rā́jyam ||
Translation
لا بالارتعادِ ولا بالرعدِ أفزعَ ڤṛترا إندرا. بل اندفعَ عليهِ الفَجْرَةُ الحديديّة (vajra)، ذاتُ ألفِ حدّ—متلألئةً في إثرِ السيادةِ الذاتيّة.
