नि त्वामग्ने मनुर्दधे ज्योतिर्जनाय शश्वते । दीदेथ कण्व ऋतजात उक्षितो यं नमस्यन्ति कृष्टयः ॥

ní tvām agne mánuḥ dadhé jyótir jánāya śáśvate | dī́detha kaṇva ṛtá-jāta ukṣitó yáṃ namasyánti kŕ̥ṣṭayaḥ ||

مَانُو أَقَامَكَ، يَا أَغْنِي، نُورًا لِلنَّاسِ أَبَدًا. تَتَّقِدُ مُتَلَأْلِئًا، يَا كَنْفَا، مَوْلُودًا مِنْ Ṛta (رِتَا) وَمُقَوًّى—وَالَّذِي تَسْجُدُ لَهُ الجَمَاعَاتُ البَشَرِيَّةُ تَعَبُّدًا.
