न नूनमस्ति नो श्वः कस्तद्वेद यदद्भुतम् । अन्यस्य चित्तमभि संचरेण्यमुताधीतं वि नश्यति ॥
Transliteration
ná nūnám ásti nó śváḥ kás tád veda yád ádbhutam | anyásya cittám abhí sáṃcareṇyam utā́dhītaṃ ví naśyati ||
Translation
لا الآنَ ولا غدًا—مَن ذا الذي يَعرِفُ تلكَ الأعجوبة؟ إنَّ عقلَ الآخرِ مَجالٌ يُتَجَوَّلُ فيه، غيرَ أنَّ ما تَعَلَّمْناهُ قد يَضمَحِلّ؛ فلْيُؤَسِّسِ الطالبُ معرفتَهُ على الحقِّ الثابتِ، لا على لَعِبِ الذهنِ المتقلِّب.
