Sukta 1.144
तमीं हिन्वन्ति धीतयो दश व्रिशो देवं मर्तास ऊतये हवामहे । धनोरधि प्रवत आ स ऋण्वत्यभिव्रजद्भिर्वयुना नवाधित ॥
tám īṃ hinvanti dhītáyo dáśa vríśo deváṃ mártās ūtáye havāmahe | dhánor ádhi prá-vata ā́ sá ṛṇvaty abhivrájadbhir vayúnā návā adhita ||
تدفعه عشرُ قوى مُلهَمةٍ إلى الأمام؛ ويدعو الفانون الإلهَ للعون. ومن قوسِ الانحدار المائل يُطلق قوّتَه؛ وبتمييزاتٍ جديدة، وبالذين يندفعون إلى الخارج ويكسرون الطَّوق، يبلغ الغاية.
