Sukta 12
यदि॑ क॒र्तं प॑ति॒त्वा सं॑श॒श्रे यदि॒ वाश्मा॒ प्रहृ॑तो ज॒घान॑ । ऋ॒भू रथ॑स्ये॒वाङ्गा॑नि॒ सं द॑ध॒त् परु॑षा॒ परुः॑
yádi kartáṃ patitvā́ sáṃśaśre yádi vā́śmā prahr̥tó jaghā́na | r̥bhúḥ rathásyevā́ṅgāni sáṃ dadhát páruṣā páruḥ ||
If, falling into a pit, thou hast been shattered; if a stone, hurled, hath smitten thee—then, as R̥bhu set together the members of a chariot, so let joint be fitted unto joint.
إن كنتَ قد تهشَّمتَ بسقوطك في حفرة؛ وإن كان حجرٌ مُقذوفٌ قد صدمك—فكما أنَّ Ṛbhu ركَّب أعضاء العربة وجمعها، كذلك فلتُلائَمِ المفاصلُ مفصلًا بمفصل، والعظمُ بعظم.
