تُؤَسِّسُ هذه الترتيلة الأثرفانية الوجيزة، ذات الطابع البرهمني، المُلكَ/السيادة (راجيا) على اشتقاق كونيّ–اجتماعي: «صار ذا مُلك»، ومن تلك الحال يُقال إن طبقة الرَّاجَنيا قد نشأت. ثم تُعَرِّف السيادة بأنها قيامٌ فوق العشائر وأقاربها، وفوق الطعام ولذّة التمتّع به—وبذلك تُقَدِّسُ التراتب السياسي ونظام الموارد. وأخيرًا تُخْتِمُ التعليم بصيغةٍ معرفية: من يعرف هذا يصير «مقعدًا محبوبًا» بين الناس وذوي القربى، وينال ثباتَ المقام والرخاء.

قام مُشرفًا على الشعب مع ذوي قرابتهم، وعلى الطعام وعلى التمتّع بالطعام.

वि॒शां च॒ वै स सब॑न्धूनां॒ चान्न॑स्य चा॒न्नाद्य॑स्य च प्रि॒यं धाम॑ भवति॒ य ए॒वं वेद॑
إنه حقًّا يصير مقامًا محبوبًا ومُفضَّلًا بين العشائر (viś)، وبين ذوي القربى والأرحام، وفي شأن الطعام ولذّة الطعام—مَن عَلِمَ ذلك على هذا النحو.
