تُؤطِّر هذه الترتيلة الوجيزة من مُعقَّد الفراتيا القيادةَ المُقدَّسة بوصفها المحور الذي تنتظم حوله تلقائيًّا «الشعب» (viś) ومؤسّسات الدولة الرئيسة. وبذكر المجلس (sabhā) والجمعية (samiti) والجيش (senā) والأبطال (śūrāḥ) بوصفهم أتباعًا، تُثبِّت طقسيًّا الشرعيةَ السياسية وتُحصِّل الرضا المدني‑العسكري لصالح المُنتفِع. وتظهر قوّتُها على هيئة تعويذةٍ معرفيّة: فمَن «يعلم هكذا» يصير priyaṃ dhāma—مقعدًا مقبولًا مُفضَّلًا بين هذه الهيئات.
