AV 15.7 ترنيمةٌ أثرفانيةٌ متأخرة على نسق «براهمَ-فيديا» تُعلِّم «ثمرةَ المعرفة» (phala-śruti): فمَن يعلم هكذا يصير محورًا تتوافد إليه القوى المُعيلة بطبيعتها. وتربط الدعائمَ الكونية—المياه (للتطهير والاستمرار)، والإيمان/شرَدها (لفاعلية الطقس والإذعان الباطني)، والمطر (للخصب والرخاء)—بالمشروعية الاجتماعية-اللاهوتية، مُصوِّرةً الرخاءَ والمكانةَ نتيجةً للمعرفة القويمة.

Mantra 1

स म॑हि॒मा सद्रु॑र्भू॒त्वान्तं॑ पृथि॒व्या अ॑गच्छ॒त् स स॑मु॒द्रोऽभवत्

هو، في جلاله، صارَ سَدْرُو، ومضى إلى أقصى حدِّ الأرض؛ فصارَ المحيطَ.

Mantra 2

तं प्र॒जाप॑तिश्च परमे॒ष्ठी च॑ पि॒ता च॑ पिताम॒हश्चाप॑श्च श्र॒द्धा च॑ व॒र्षं भू॒त्वानु॒व्यऽवर्तयन्त

إيّاهُ—براجاباتي وبارامِشْثِين، والأبُ والجدُّ الأكبرُ—بل المياهُ، والإيمانُ (شرَدّها)، والمطرُ—إذ صاروا هذه كلَّها، جعلوه يدور، يتبعونه من كلِّ جانب.

Mantra 3

ऐन॒मापो॑ गच्छ॒त्यैनं॑ श्र॒द्धा ग॑च्छ॒त्यैनं॑ व॒र्षं ग॑च्छति॒ य ए॒वं वेद॑

إليه تأتي المياه؛ وإليه تأتي شرَدّها (Śraddhā: الإيمان/الثقة)؛ وإليه يأتي المطر—مَن عَلِمَ ذلك على هذا النحو.

तं श्र॒द्धा च॑ य॒ज्ञश्च॑ लो॒कश्चान्नं॑ चा॒न्नाद्यं॑ च भू॒त्वाभि॑प॒र्याव॑र्तन्त

إذ يصيرُ إيمانًا (śraddhā)، وقُربانًا طقسيًّا (yajña)، وعالَمًا (loka)، وطعامًا (anna)، ولذّةَ الطعام (annādya)—فإنّها، بعد أن تصير كذلك، تُحيطُ به من كلِّ جانب.

ऐनं॑ श्र॒द्धा ग॑च्छत्यैनं य॒ज्ञो ग॑च्छ॒त्यैनं॑ लो॒को ग॑च्छ॒त्यैन॒मन्नं॑ गच्छ॒त्यैन॑म॒न्नाद्यं॑ गच्छति॒ य ए॒वं वेद॑

إليه يأتي الإيمان (śraddhā)؛ وإليه يأتي القُربان الطقسي (yajña)؛ وإليه يأتي العالَم (loka)؛ وإليه يأتي الطعام (anna)؛ وإليه تأتي لذّة الطعام (annādya)—مَن عَلِمَ هكذا.
