Transliteration

jāmadagnyena rāmeṇa reṇukā jananī svayam |

kṛttā paraśunā ’raṇye pitur vacana-kāriṇā || 2.21.32 ||

Translation

即使是持斧罗摩（Parashurama），为了遵从父亲的命令，也在森林中亲手用斧头砍下了母亲雷努卡（Renuka）的头。
