āyasīṃ tāṃ vadanty eke anye tāmramayīṃ tayā || kāṃsyāṃ rītimayīm anye kecit sīsakanirmitām ||

Translation

“บางพวกกล่าวว่า (ปฏิมานั้น) ทำด้วยเหล็ก; บางพวกกล่าวว่าเป็นทองแดง. บางพวกพรรณนาว่าเป็นสำริด หรือหล่อด้วยโลหะระฆัง; และบางคนกล่าวว่าสร้างด้วยตะกั่ว”
