अग्रे सिन्धूनां पवमानो अर्षत्यग्रे वाचो अग्रियो गोषु गच्छति । अग्रे वाजस्य भजते महाधनं स्वायुधः सोतृभिः पूयते वृषा ॥

Transliteration

ágre síndhūnāṃ pávamāno arṣaty ágre vā́co agriyó góṣu gacchati | ágre vā́jasya bhajate mahā-dhánam svā́yudhaḥ sotṛ́bhiḥ pū́yate vṛ́ṣā ||

Translation

ท่ามกลางสายน้ำทั้งหลาย ผู้ชำระตนเอง (ปวะมานะ) พุ่งไปอยู่เบื้องหน้า; ท่ามกลางวาจาเขาเคลื่อนไปเป็นผู้นำแห่งรัศมี และไปถึงฝูงโค (โคแห่งแสง) ก่อนใคร. เบื้องหน้าแห่งพลัง (วาชะ) เขาได้ส่วนแห่งพลังอันไพบูลย์และทรัพย์ใหญ่; ผู้กล้า ผู้มีอาวุธในตน ถูกชำระให้บริสุทธิ์โดยเหล่าผู้คั้นโสม.
