Transliteration
vṛ́ṣā hy ási bhānúnā dyumántaṃ tvā havāmahe | pavámāna svādhyàḥ ||
Translation
ท่านเป็นโคผู้ทรงพลังแท้ ด้วยลำแสงแห่งความสว่างของท่าน; เราทั้งหลายขอเชิญท่าน—ผู้รุ่งเรืองมา. โอ โสมะ (Soma) ผู้ชำระตนเอง ผู้เข้มแข็งด้วยพลังรู้แจ้งภายในของตนเอง.
