abhí yé mithó vanúṣaḥ sápante rātíṃ divó rāti-sā́caḥ pṛthivyā́ḥ | áhīr budhnyà utá naḥ śṛṇotu varū́try éka-dhenubhir ní pātu ||

Translation

ขอให้เหล่าฤทธิ์เดชผู้ร่วมแรงกัน แข่งขันเร่งรุดไปสู่ทาน (rāti) —สหายแห่งการให้จากฟ้าและจากแผ่นดิน—เข้ามาใกล้เรา ขอให้อหิ พุธนยะ (Ahi Budhnya งูแห่งรากฐานลึก) สดับฟังเรา และขอให้พลังคุ้มครอง วรุทรี (Varūtrī) พิทักษ์เราด้วยโคนมผู้หลั่งไหลเป็นสายเดียว (ธารน้ำนมแห่งความอุดม)
